Log Data

Log data refers to records that are collected when visitors access our website.  Log data that is recorded includes the computer’s IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on those pages, the time and date of the visit and other information.  This information is stored for the length of time dictated by the default settings set by our web hosting provider (SiteGround).

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to provide statistical information on traffic to our website.  We do not have direct access to the information obtained from Google Analytics, but rather, we are provided with summary statistics about how users have interacted with our website.  The data that Google provides us does not contain personally identifiable information.  Google allows you to opt-out of having this information collected by Google Analytics from any website, including ours, by downloading the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.  Your ability to use our site will not be affected in any way should you decide to do this.

We do not have advertisers and we are not compensated in any way for any of the products or services mentioned on this website.  The information obtained from Google Analytics will not be shared with any person or entity, except in the event that it is required by the laws of our jurisdiction (Guelph, Ontario, Canada).
